Coordinate with the operations department for workplace arrangements or employee transfers. Manage HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Administer employee benefits, leave, and payroll processes. Handle employee relations matters, including counseling, issuing show-cause letters, and resolving workplace concerns. 4. Performance Management & Training Identify training needs and collaborate on designing and delivering programs. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews. Work with managers to address performance issues and support high-performing teams. Provide coaching for career development and skill enhancement. 5.
