  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support by identifying, resolving, and escalating issues to the next level of support to ensure service commitments are met and problems are resolved.
  • Respond to user queries based on a known error database and provide timely solutions.
  • Identify bugs, propose workarounds, and escalate critical issues to the relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with various teams to raise support tickets, analyze root causes, and assist in the efficient resolution of production issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams for application deployment to staging and production environments.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all production issues for future tracking and reference.
  • Liaise with customers via LiveChat (WhatsApp, Telegram) to provide information and assistance.
  • Respond promptly to system problems and service commitments with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Minimum: Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field
  • Preferred: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Word, Excel, Google Drive).
  • Familiarity with group communication tools (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis, including public holidays and weekends
