- Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
- Coordinate with different departments to support business operations.
- Candidates must at least possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates with IT-related knowledge will have an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- High integrity, passionate about HR functions, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
