Job Responsibilities:
Customer Transactions:-Scan items and process sales at the register.-Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile payments.-Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies.
Customer Service:-Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries.-Address any issues or concerns regarding products or services.-Cash Handling:-Ensure that cash drawers are balanced and accurate at the beginning and end of shifts.-Keep track of any discrepancies and report them to management.-Maintaining Cleanliness:-Ensure the checkout area is clean and organized.
