New Registrations & Membership Management

  • Assist potential members with information on classes, membership options, and registration.
  • Handle all onboarding processes, including documentation, payments, and membership system updates.
  • Ensure a smooth sign-up experience for new members and help them get familiar with gym policies and facilities.

    Social Media Management

    • Actively engage with our online community by posting photos, updates, and event announcements.
    • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp) to promote gym activities.
    • Interact with members and followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online presence for the gym.

      Accounting & Financial Reporting

      • Handle daily accounts, including payments, expenses, and invoicing.
      • Prepare financial reports for management, maintaining accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
      • Work with partners on payments and financial records.

        Check-Ins & Activity Logs

        • Manage daily check-ins and attendance records for members.
        • Monitor class attendance and assist with scheduling and engagement tracking.
        • Ensure members adhere to gym policies and provide exceptional customer service during check-ins.

          Client Correspondence & Communication

          • Manage all incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
          • Provide timely responses, follow-ups, and maintain organized logs of all correspondence.
          • Assist with customer feedback collection and ensure excellent client relations.

            General Administration & Gym Operations

            • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including class scheduling and member record management.
            • Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
            • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
            • Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.

  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience using scheduling or management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial reporting is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in fitness, martial arts, or Muay Thai is a bonus!
