
Sales Account Manager
- Manage a portfolio of new existing clients on Ajobthing.
- Lead daily outbound prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and acquire potential clients across key industries.
- Manage the full commercial cycle from pitching, negotiation to closing deals, onboarding clients.
- Grow account size and value by proactively working with HR/recruiters and advising them on campaign and secure offers for promotions.
- Foster and grow client relationships through consistent engagement and ensuring a high quality of service level.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute growth strategies and enhance hirers' experiences.
- Deliver 150+ connected calls per week, maintain 1 hour of talk time per day, and add 20+ new opportunities/week to the pipeline.
- Maintain a structured and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and effective revenue forecasting.

Requirement
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage the full sales cycle (discovery to quotation).
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing) and Mandarin (speaking).
- Savvy with Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or DeepSeek).
- Prior experience in SaaS, Banking, Fintech or Education.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
