  • Manage a portfolio of new existing clients on Ajobthing.
  • Lead daily outbound prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and acquire potential clients across key industries.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle from pitching, negotiation to closing deals, onboarding clients.
  • Grow account size and value by proactively working with HR/recruiters and advising them on campaign and secure offers for promotions.
  • Foster and grow client relationships through consistent engagement and ensuring a high quality of service level.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute growth strategies and enhance hirers' experiences.
  • Deliver 150+ connected calls per week, maintain 1 hour of talk time per day, and add 20+ new opportunities/week to the pipeline.
  • Maintain a structured and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and effective revenue forecasting.

    Requirement

    • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
    • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Proven ability to close deals and manage the full sales cycle (discovery to quotation).
    • Fluent in English (speaking & writing) and Mandarin (speaking).
    • Savvy with Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or DeepSeek).
    • Prior experience in SaaS, Banking, Fintech or Education.
    • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
