  • Perform data entry to ensure accuracy and proper accounting records
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger entries
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
  • Maintain proper filing system of carious office records, and support various other clerical matters
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time
  • Minimum Diploma, LCCI Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
  • Experienced in a similar role preferably in Administrative & Accounting or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Characteristic of honesty and integrity
  • Good communication skill in written and verbally
  • Detailed-oriented, problem-solving skill and able to multi-tasking
  • Able to work independently
  • Language Required are Mandarin, Malay and English
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage
