- Perform data entry to ensure accuracy and proper accounting records
- Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger entries
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Maintain proper filing system of carious office records, and support various other clerical matters
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time
- Minimum Diploma, LCCI Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- Experienced in a similar role preferably in Administrative & Accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Characteristic of honesty and integrity
- Good communication skill in written and verbally
- Detailed-oriented, problem-solving skill and able to multi-tasking
- Able to work independently
- Language Required are Mandarin, Malay and English
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage
