We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to spearhead hiring initiatives for two distinct industries: vending machine operations and restaurant businesses. This role requires a keen eye for talent, strategic recruitment planning, and an understanding of operational workforce needs. Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of both vending machine operations and restaurant business units.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job expectations.
  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting).
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer negotiations.

Vending Machine Operations Hiring

  • Recruit for technical, operations, and field service roles (e.g., technicians, area supervisors, logistics staff).
  • Ensure candidates have the required technical knowledge for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate on-the-job assessments to evaluate technical skills where necessary.

Restaurant Business Hiring

  • Manage recruitment for F&B front-line and back-end roles (e.g., chefs, baristas, kitchen crew, restaurant managers).
  • Identify candidates with strong customer service skills and relevant F&B experience.
  • Support bulk hiring for high-turnover roles and seasonal hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent for both industries.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, open interviews, and recruitment drives.
  • Develop creative job advertisements and social media campaigns to target specific talent pools.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Maintain an updated talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and propose improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams for seamless onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in both technical and F&B hiring.
  • Strong understanding of operational roles in vending machine servicing and restaurant businesses.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring needs.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
