Position : Corporate Sales Executive
Salary Range : up to RM 8,000
Commission : Yes
Working Location : 8trium, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours : 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Scope
· Prospect and generate leads through social media, research, email, networking and other effective ways.
· Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Conduct requirement gathering, research and presentation to clients with effective follow ups.
· Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals.
· Prepare quotation, contracts and agreements and negotiate with clients.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
· Collaborate with other teams, such as project management team, creative team and developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
· Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
· Travel to meet with clients in person as needed.
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
· Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building skills.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Has own transport and willing to travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
