  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

· Follows Work Order and Work Instructions to raise BOM list / MRN order order

· Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

· Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools

· Ensure quality product is produced on time to meet the production schedule.

· Responsible for the setting/adjusting/operating of the production line during setup and running

· Informing superior of any deviations found in production process and quality, machine shutdowns, material defects, urgent repairs, and critical unsafe conditions

· Ensure targeted output/KPI given by Superior is achieved and to highlight to Superior when encounter difficulty in doing so.

· Maintain the 5S at production area at all time.

· Responsible for cleaning, setting and maintaining the safe condition of the machine

· Recognizing and informing about possible measures for improvement of potential or risk areas or process

· Maintain the daily maintenance for machineries, tools and, etc.

. Prepare Daily Production Report.

· At all times respect and comply with the ISO Quality, Health & Safety, ISO Environmental requirements during the performance of his duties.

· Take on any other duties as and when required by Leader or Supervisor

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'"O" Level

· At least 2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent

· knowledge of Production Procedures

· Have a own transport

· Able to work overtime

· Able to start work IMMEDIATELY / in short notice
