Responsibilities:
1. Manages all the Outlets Contracts in a compliance Manner
1. Manages all the Outlets Contracts in a compliance Manner
- Provide analysis data for ASM prior they making decision on solus or preferential outlets acquired
- Co-ordination for contract creation & termination
- Ensure all Sponsorships and Payment Milestones are transparent and compliance to the Company’s policy.
- Stamping of outlet contracts
2. System Update and reporting
- Invoice handling process and procedures
- Change Billing info for outlets
- Co-ordination for closing of outlet UCC
- POSM inventory management
- Compilation of distributors empties report to HQ
- Rebate Vouchers (for distributors) management and reporting to HQ
3. FOH tracking and to improve profitability
- Monitor and track FOH spend within budget
- Ensure accuracy of claims
- Highlight/report of abnormal spend/claims/purchases and suggest alternatives
4. General Administrative support
- Person-in-charge for JML procedures for Region
- Travel arrangement for staff
- Ensuring safety, security and hygiene of the office and store at all times
- Regular checks on office facilities including ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory
- Fleet Management
5. Warehouse Management
- Ensure POSM handling procedures are in order
- Inventory checking against MDA and perform GRN
- Record issuance on daily basis
- Periodic stock-take and reporting
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse with systematic arrangement and tracking infrastructure for of POSM stock
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Business administration, Economics or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including invoice management
- Strong inter personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team based environment.
- Versatile, organized, result oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
