Responsibilities:
1. Manages all the Outlets Contracts in a compliance Manner
  • Provide analysis data for ASM prior they making decision on solus or preferential outlets acquired
  • Co-ordination for contract creation & termination
  • Ensure all Sponsorships and Payment Milestones are transparent and compliance to the Company’s policy.
  • Stamping of outlet contracts
2. System Update and reporting
  • Invoice handling process and procedures
  • Change Billing info for outlets
  • Co-ordination for closing of outlet UCC
  • POSM inventory management
  • Compilation of distributors empties report to HQ
  • Rebate Vouchers (for distributors) management and reporting to HQ
3. FOH tracking and to improve profitability
  • Monitor and track FOH spend within budget
  • Ensure accuracy of claims
  • Highlight/report of abnormal spend/claims/purchases and suggest alternatives
4. General Administrative support
  • Person-in-charge for JML procedures for Region
  • Travel arrangement for staff
  • Ensuring safety, security and hygiene of the office and store at all times
  • Regular checks on office facilities including ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Fleet Management
5. Warehouse Management
  • Ensure POSM handling procedures are in order
  • Inventory checking against MDA and perform GRN
  • Record issuance on daily basis
  • Periodic stock-take and reporting
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse with systematic arrangement and tracking infrastructure for of POSM stock
Requirements:
  • At least a diploma in Business administration, Economics or its equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including invoice management
  • Strong inter personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team based environment.
  • Versatile, organized, result oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
