- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Ensure VIP and returning guests receive personalized attention and special arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect guest feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements.
- Assist guests with booking, room upgrades, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the system.
- Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks as required.
