
Ticketing Assistant
1. To ensure smooth management of Ticketing Operations by utilizing all available resources in order to achieve company goals based on company policies.
2. To maintain and upkeep all records, log books pertaining to the Ticketing Operations, mode of conduct including maintenance of facilities.
3. To report to Terminal Co-ordinator on any matters found not in the state of indulgence while performing duties.
4. To forward proposal for improvement to better quality service and management to customers.
1. To supervise all aspect of Operations in the Ticketing including proposing the upgrading of available services.
2. To coordinate systematically the process of passenger flow in the ticketing on all respective counter including government agencies.
3. To serve the government agencies in the terminal on company operations matters.
4. To responsible to provide assistance to the Operations Manager in supervising works of ticketing and information counters and also responsible to maintain records of business transactions.
5. To make necessary arrangements and reservation for any enquiry from travel agencies or individual and ensure that all tickets are issued on time or at the agencies request.
6. To assist operation manager in planning the ticketing activities and projects.
7. To ensure that only authorise personnel are allowed to access the ticketing office, counter and materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
