The Digital Account Executive is responsible for the retention and growth of accounts assigned to his/her team. This includes strengthening existing relationships with existing clients and working closely with the other departments to deliver a high standard of account servicing and excellent client experience with the digital agency.

Job Scope:

  • Sales driven account management to retain and grow the portfolio in order to achieve the team renewal revenue target set for the year
  • Act as the single point of contact between client and agency
  • Attend project brief with clients
  • To understand clients’ business/brand to provide recommendation in digital marketing solutions to achieve marketing objectives
  • Maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing clients assigned through regular contact via phone, email, or face-to-face meeting
  • Do up cost estimate based on clients' requirements
  • Day-to-day management of client's campaign
  • Liaise with internal departments to deliver task necessary for the campaigns and projects
  • Assist with the team on tender specifications and submissions document
  • Work out the timeline and keep the clients inform of the progress of the project
  • Management & resolution of project issues
  • Strong understanding of digital media, new trends & technologies
  • May need to create simple wireframes to illustrate the user journey and specifications to the client
  • Assist with the team on tender specifications and submissions document
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
  • Plan and spearhead client engagement programme
  • Comfortable with proactive contact and reaching out to partners and leads via call/email/ social media platforms
  • Constantly looking for new business ideas/ opportunities
  • Support communication materials for internal and external communications
  • Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
  • Plan and spearhead client engagement programme
  • Assist with event & exhibition logistics, including sourcing for vendors, communicating with internal teams, planning timelines and booth setup

Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year(s) of related industry (consulting, digital, agency) experience
  • Needs to be sales driven and comfortable in achieving renewal revenue growth
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills
  • Possess great problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong passion for Media/Online Marketing solutions
  • Experience in understanding the needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
  • Prior Digital Agency experience in client management will be strongly preferred
