The Digital Account Executive is responsible for the retention and growth of accounts assigned to his/her team. This includes strengthening existing relationships with existing clients and working closely with the other departments to deliver a high standard of account servicing and excellent client experience with the digital agency.
Job Scope:
- Sales driven account management to retain and grow the portfolio in order to achieve the team renewal revenue target set for the year
- Act as the single point of contact between client and agency
- Attend project brief with clients
- To understand clients’ business/brand to provide recommendation in digital marketing solutions to achieve marketing objectives
- Maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing clients assigned through regular contact via phone, email, or face-to-face meeting
- Do up cost estimate based on clients' requirements
- Day-to-day management of client's campaign
- Liaise with internal departments to deliver task necessary for the campaigns and projects
- Assist with the team on tender specifications and submissions document
- Work out the timeline and keep the clients inform of the progress of the project
- Management & resolution of project issues
- Strong understanding of digital media, new trends & technologies
- May need to create simple wireframes to illustrate the user journey and specifications to the client
- Assist with the team on tender specifications and submissions document
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
- Plan and spearhead client engagement programme
- Comfortable with proactive contact and reaching out to partners and leads via call/email/ social media platforms
- Constantly looking for new business ideas/ opportunities
- Support communication materials for internal and external communications
- Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
- Plan and spearhead client engagement programme
- Assist with event & exhibition logistics, including sourcing for vendors, communicating with internal teams, planning timelines and booth setup
Requirements:
- At least 1 Year(s) of related industry (consulting, digital, agency) experience
- Needs to be sales driven and comfortable in achieving renewal revenue growth
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills
- Possess great problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for Media/Online Marketing solutions
- Experience in understanding the needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
- Prior Digital Agency experience in client management will be strongly preferred
