Job Description
- Assist in documentation and filling of accounting documents.
- Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
- Manage day to day finance operations activities.
- Assist with account receivable/payable-related functions.
- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company.
- Liaise with agents, company secretaries, government authorities, bankers and all external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Handle expense claims, and reimbursements.
- Participate in routine Stock take as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
