JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing sales orders and sales confirmation forms submitted by the Sales Department to ensure that all necessary documents are complete for sales processing, pre-delivery tasks, and handover to the Logistics Department for outbound logistics arrangements.
  • Assist in liaising with external suppliers for pre-delivery activities, such as coordinating with insurance providers, GPS installation services, Puspakom inspections, and JPJ registrations.
  • Assist in preparing hire purchase (HP) documentation and collaborating with banking partners for customers with HP arrangements.
  • Assist in regularly reviewing bills and invoices from external vendors and suppliers related to sales support activities and submitting them to the Finance Department for processing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is also preferred due to the nature of business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work at the HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
