RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

  • Invoice processing: Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices to ensure bills are paid on time
  • Supplier statement reconciliations: Managing and reviewing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Payment runs: Assisting with weekly and ad-hoc payment runs
  • Invoice disputes: Following up on invoice disputes and approvals
  • Reconciling payable reports: Reconciling monthly payable reports
  • Cash accounts: Maintaining cash accounts and ensuring outgoing disbursements are registered properly
  • Balance sheet reconciliations: Preparing, reviewing, and approving balance sheet reconciliations
  • AP metrics: Maintaining AP metrics and recommending process improvements
  • Assist Financial Accounting Manager for monitoring of debtor accounts.
  • Assist Management Accounting Manager on ad-hoc management reporting.
  • Perform any other duties associated with the Accounts Department

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
