  • Communication:

  • Record Keeping & Organization:
  • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
  • Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
  • Scanning and faxing documents.
  • Maintaining records of employee information, financial documents, and other relevant data.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • General Office Tasks:
  • Receiving and distributing mail and packages.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Operating office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Preparing and distributing documents.
  • Data entry.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,353.59 - RM1,800.00 per month
