- Communication:

- Record Keeping & Organization:
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
- Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
- Scanning and faxing documents.
- Maintaining records of employee information, financial documents, and other relevant data.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- General Office Tasks:
- Receiving and distributing mail and packages.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Operating office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Preparing and distributing documents.
- Data entry.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,353.59 - RM1,800.00 per month
