Job Description:
- HR Functions:
- Oversee recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee records, maintain attendance, and handle leave applications.
- Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF).
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support performance management, training, and development activities.
Administration Functions:
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and contribute to process improvements.
- Organize company events, meetings, and maintain office filing systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and administration roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and local labor laws.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
