Facilities Technician
JOB SUMMARY
The role is to ensure all building facility of the holding company and its subsidiaries are managed with well-maintained and operates under acceptable quality and react fast to restore any fault or failures. These include hard facility management and soft facility management supports.
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBLES
· Hard Facility Management
1- Building Structure and Construction/Renovation
2- Electricity, Electrical Systems and Equipment
3- Fire Safety Systems
4- Plumbing and Drainage
5- HVAC and Air-conditioning
6- Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Request
7- Capital Improvements
8- Asset and Workspace
9- Upkeep, Landscaping and House Keeping Standards
· Soft Facility Management
1- Regulatory Compliance and Mail Management
2- Work Order and Contract Management
3- Inventory and Materials Management
4- Cost and Budgeting
5- Environmental, Health and Safety
6- Waste Management
7- Warehouse and Building Security
8- Pest Control
We are looking for a Technician with PW4 level and has min 2 years relevant experience in the building facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
