This role focuses on managing contract renewals to ensure ongoing customer partnerships and stable recurring revenue. You will be responsible for overseeing the full renewal cycle, from monitoring contract terms to preparing accurate proposals and coordinating timely completion. By staying attuned to customer needs and usage trends, you will also help identify opportunities to optimize existing agreements and support gradual account growth. Collaborating with

internal teams, you will work to secure smooth renewals while reinforcing long-term customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
  • Evaluate license usage and complete the true-up requirements
  • Understand and align customer’s business needs and goals to generate renewal quotes
  • Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques over the phone, video and email while also minimizing customer churn and contraction.
  • Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers on renewals strategy and plans, leveraging customer analytics and metrics
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue expansion, with support from marketing and others as needed
  • Liaise with customers to ensure order forms are accurately completed to allow for internal deal approval

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Multi-lingual: English being the language of work internally.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a fashion industry, sales, business development, or account management role preferably in the software or apparel industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with accounts
  • Able to learn new software and technology
  • Able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Comfortable using a computer for work tasks
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
