Job Portal Client - Customer Success Specialist (English & Mandarin speaking)
*Location: PJ - Block D, Kompleks Kelana Centre Point (KCP)
*Support method: Non- Voice customer service - Live Chat/ Email support
* Operations hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
5 working days in a week (Shift allowance provided)
* Start date: 7th April
* Salary: Basic salary up to RM 3,600 + langauge allowance RM 300
*Job Details:
- Resolve account and login issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems.
- Handle complaints and policy violations.
- Assist with subscription and billing inquiries.
- Guide users on profile optimization and feature use.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
