  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Food and Beverage (F&B) Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As an integral part of our dynamic team, the F&B Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment:

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure it meets the established standards.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Table Service:

  • Set up and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
  • Ensure table arrangements are set appropriately with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.

3. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to maintain effective communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Assist in training new staff members when necessary.

4. Compliance and Hygiene:

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Follow food safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

5. Event Support:

  • Provide support during special events or functions, including setup and breakdown.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
  • Required language(s): English or any other language will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to speak Fluent Mandarin is a plus but not compulsory
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only
