Position : Admin Assistant (Consumers Electronics)
Salary : RM1,700 to RM2,100 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Available Location : Petaling Jaya – Seksyen 13
Roles & Responsibility :
- To supports office operations by performing a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing files, and responding to inquiries. They may also provide front desk coverage, order supplies, and arrange travel :
Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
Filing: Organize and maintain filing systems and databases
Documentation: Draft and edit reports, letters, spreadsheets, and other documents
Office management: Order supplies, maintain office equipment, and arrange food deliveries
Event coordination: Plan and coordinate events, including logistics and arrangements
Travel: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
Support: Provide administrative support to staff and senior leaders
Reception: Greet guests, manage the phone system, and provide general support to visitors
