Job Descriptions:
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Monitor and ensure timely receipt of payments from customers. Follow up on overdue invoices and coordinate with the finance team to resolve any payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and payment histories.
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments from customers.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
