  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable/receivable.
  • Support client account management by handling queries and documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Work closely with senior accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to accounting and financial records.
  • To handle administration-related matters.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA ,or equivalent), Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.
  • Min 1-2 years of accounting experience, experience from an account firm/agency is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero) is an advantage.
  • Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
