  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating suppliers to complete on-site control of weak current projects
  • Installation and maintenance of various office IT hardware (such as computers, printers, monitoring, attendance machines, etc.), installation and configuration of daily office software.
  • Responsible for collecting various helpdesk requirements, assisting or independently providing solutions.
  • Complete the inspection and maintenance of IT facilities such as servers, storage, and network equipment according to the company's operation and maintenance process.
  • Responsible for assisting and following up the network and IT hardware parts in other projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2yrs experience as Network Engineer
  • Relevant experience in network engineering or IT support.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN).
  • Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
