Sales Admin
Preferably SABAH / LABUAN / SARAWAK CANDIDATES
Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales documents such as clients
purchase order, supplier quotations, and supplier technical
data sheets.
3. Gather supplier quotations and assist in price comparisons.
4. Assist in maintaining organized and compliant filing systems
for sales documentation.
5. To resolve inquiries from suppliers.
6. To support Sales Executive with administrative works.
Requirement & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
- Fresh graduate or entry level.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
