  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education
  • Experience level: Minimum 1 year experience in Aviation Material Planning or Procurement domain (excluding OJT/internship)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Monitor open Loan Order to ensure contractual terms are being tracked, avoiding unnecessary cost to operation.
  • 2. Identify available component within existing pools and its availability to return loan timely and efficiently.
  • 3. Perform component data check physically and digitally, check integrity and accuracy of technical data in MIS/ERP to ensure no supply chain blockage due to data inconsistency.
  • 4. Launch corrective action with internal and external stakeholders including airlines and/or supplier to unblock supply chain, repair loop and loan return process.
  • 5. Check MIS/ERP to investigate all possibilities of pool stores and supplies, including forecast return loop from airlines, to establish back-up solutions for closing loan.
  • 6. Analyze pool inventory and forecast, including reliability, to justify converting a loan into purchase.
  • 7. Coordinate logistic arrangement including warehousing/storage management and global transportation issues including export control, customs and regulatory requirements to ensure delivery of loan return.
  • Requirements:
  • 1. Familiarity with Maintenance Information System software and excellent knowledge of Aircraft Component Workshop Management gained through experience.
  • 2. Knowledge of aircraft component pooling or PBH program.
  • 3. Procurement or component workshop background.
  • 4. Aircraft Maintenance operations experience.
  • 5. Knowledge on exchange, outright, repair, overhaul, BER scopes.
  • 6. Knowledge on component logistics, ATA, dangerous goods, export control, INCOTERM, shipment tracking.
  • 7. Mastering MRO ERP or MIS software for technical records.
  • 8. Knowledge and experience of Aircraft Maintenance operations is required.
  • 9. Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • 10. Time management, multi-task and autonomous.
  • 11. Advanced level of English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
