  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a 12-month contract based in the Klang area. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate estimating, and value engineering. This role will require a high level of expertise in cost management and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting
  • Tendering and Procurement
  • Contract Administration
  • Site Measurements and Valuations
  • Cost Control and Reporting
  • Collaboration and Communication

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in construction or infrastructure projects.

Working :

  • This is a full-time contract position based in the Klang area, Malaysia.
  • Some site visits will be required to assess ongoing work progress.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday half day, with occasional overtime depending on project requirements
