Job Summary:
The HR Executive (Retail Operations) is responsible for supporting HR functions across retail outlets, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with company policies, and effective employee engagement. This role works closely with store managers and employees to manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail staff, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records, contracts, and payroll data.
- Support store managers in managing employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and roster management to ensure workforce efficiency.
- Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination for retail employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies at all retail locations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.
- Conduct HR audits and store visits to ensure HR processes are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with store employees and managers.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
