Currently, our Kuala Lumpur branch is looking for motivated, energetic and career-minded personnel to apply for the post of Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager or Manager 企业秘书副理或经理 Jobs Responsibilities: • Appointed as Licensed Corporate Secretary 持有公司秘书注册执照者 for internal company and clients. • Experienced in lodgement of documents with ACRA Singapore will be an advantageous. • Provide timely Corporate Secretarial advice and functions. • Oversee corporate secretarial duties, including: o Company incorporation o Annual filing o Striking-off procedures • Preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions. • Share allotment and transfers. • Amendments to company constitution. • Ensure timely accurate lodgement and submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities i.e. SSM and ACRA etc. • Organize and handle clients’ Annual General Meetings. • Maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries related to Corporate Secretarial matters. • Manage internal department operations for seamless inter-departmental collaboration. • Maintain and update statutory document records accurately. • Oversee and guide subordinates in their job responsibilities. • Report to management on relevant matters from time to times. Qualifications & Experience: • Must possess ICSA or an equivalent qualification, or be a member of MAICSA, or hold a relevant credential. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary at a managerial level in the corporate secretarial industry. • Well-versed in the Companies Act 2016, corporate governance practices, and other statutory requirements. • Knowledge of Secretarial software, MYCOID, MBRS, MYDATA, e-Info is preferable. Experienced in using BizFile+ will be an advantageous. • Strong attention to detail. • Capable of handling all aspects of corporate secretarial duties. • High degree of integrity and strong sense of responsibility. • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing clients and team members. • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to frequent changes. • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin. Mandarin speaker as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
