Project Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator for Service & Warranty Segment with a strong background in solar energy. This role is customer-facing and serves as an assistant to direct reports. Job Responsibilities: Customer Support: • Handle customer complaints for both existing and new clients. • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns. • Address client inquiries regarding service and maintenance pricing. Coordination: • Assist and work closely with the After Sale Service Manager on the Service and Warranty team's progress. • Arrange meetings with Service Engineers and update the schedule on a weekly basis. • Liaise with suppliers for equipment and services. • Assist in gathering and sending the required information for service reports. • Compile documentation that requires consolidation from each Service Engineer. Quotations and Financial Management: • Prepare and update quotations while coordinating with subcontractors regarding job scope and service pricing. • Create costing sheets and installation material lists. • Manage project payments and verify project installations with CIDB. Reporting: • Maintain monthly service reports and track project and service updates, including fault escalation, service warranty, and troubleshooting. • Email monthly reports to clients. • Send out monthly solar service claims and distribute daily inverter status updates. • Maintain monthly service product and costing report. Support for Business Development: • Assist Business Development with quoting service prices. Documentation: • Demonstrate strong proficiency in documentation, including PowerPoint and Excel, with keen attention to detail.
