Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities: Work across Operation, Production, QA/QC, Logistic departments in food factory, able to work closely with management. • Manage daily operations such as order processing, production, logistics, stock level, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Daily/weekly production planning (manpower, raw material, etc.) • Daily delivery planning • Loading and unloading inspection • Facility/machines maintenance management • Monitoring operation according to planning and meeting targeted output and quality specification • Responsible for daily operation and manpower arrangement • Lead, manage, and assign tasks to team members • To identify the production issues and provide suggestions or improvement plans. • Liaise with the Maintenance team for any machine breakdowns and improvement tasks • Assist and support in production trial runs and meet product specifications • Perform any other tasks as directed by the management from time to time Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in any field • 2 years working experience in factory/industry/management • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and ability to lead team members Salary commensurate with work experience.
