Job Responsibilities Administrative: 1- Manage the COO’s schedules and daily work tasks. 2- Responsible for document preparation, including various reports, presentations, action lists etc. 3- Manage and coordinate information / document transfers between departments and factories. 4- Plan and manage all travel itineraries for international and domestic business trips, including booking air tickets, arranging hotel accommodations, handling visa applications etc. 5- Able to travel outstation (local and abroad) as and when required (10%). Marketing: 1- Manage company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), creating engaging content, and scheduling posts. 2- Coordinate company event and management activities. 3- Assist in organizing of all company guests in official capacity as and when required. 4- Promote and attend special events and functions; promote and report on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; community service activities; and new hires, promotions, and retirements. 5- Arrange for photography and/or press coverage for special events. Others: 1- Sustainability: conduct, coordinate, participate and follow up on company ESG/Sustainability related tasks. 2- Human Resources: assist in the day-to-day tasks of the HR department. 3- Assist the Chief Operating Officer in ad-hoc tasks as and when required. 4- Performs other duties as assigned by management. Required Skills / Abilities: 1- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2- Proficient in languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 3- Highly organized, meticulous, collaborative and possess great attitude. 4- Understand the need for strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 5- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point). 6- Knowledge of Desktop Publishing software and AI software is highly appreciated. Education and Experience: 1- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Liberal Arts or other related fields. 2- 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience. 3- Candidates with lower educational level but with great related experience can also be considered.
