• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with 5 years experience OR 7 year’s experience (otherwise) in related field. • Overall planning of work, coordinating site activities, site management, progress and cost control. • Lead the site teams (e.g. Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, SHO, Surveyor, and Site Clerk). • Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities on day to day site activities. • Attend site meetings. • Chairs and coordinate contractor internal meetings and safety meetings. • Monitor and maintaining compliance for safety, health and environment matters as well as quality standards of work done. • Develop, plan, review and maintain the project quality management system. • Carry out periodical check on site. • Possess leadership qualities and good inter-personal skills. • Motivated, self-driven and willing to work within tight timelines.
