Job Responsibilities: - Payments & Invoices: Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) with accurate documentation. - Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions. - Transaction Updates: Record and update daily financial transactions in the system. - Bank Guarantees (BG): Handle applications and management of bank guarantees. - Audit Support: Assist in preparing documents for audits. - Team Support: Assist senior staff and managers as needed. Requirements: - At least diploma in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Eager to learn with a positive attitude. - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. - Good time management and ability to work independently. - Able to meet deadlines, especially during peak financial periods. - At least 2 years of relevant experience. - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
