Job description : - Responsible for accounts receivable and account’s payable function. - Able to perform daily data entry account. - Generation invoice, statement of account, bank reconciliation. - Update customer files with issued invoices - Follow up payment from debtor to clear those existing invoices. - Utilize database software (BUKKU) to organize financial account information - Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly. - Ensure proper filing, maintenance and completeness of accounting documentations and records. - Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by manager. Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least a minimum LCCI or Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, or equivalent qualification. - At least 1-2 years working experience in related field. - Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills and willing to learn. - Able to start work immediately or preferably within a short period notice. - Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Work, MS PowerPoint. - Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Mandarin added advantage - Honest, self-motivated, positive and responsible character. - Able to work independently and a good team player. - Able to handle stress.
