Job Responsibilities: ~ Responsible for day-to-day administration including office, equipment, office cleaning, event organising, utilities maintenance and office supplies. ~ Apply / renew licences, deal with insurance matters and arrange staff training. ~ Develop and maintain efficient filing system. ~ Responsible for Company Vehicle/Asset Management. ~ Assist Human Resources function such as staff data maintenance, leave, interview and staff activities. ~ Liaise with suppliers / bankers / government authorities / insurance agent / contractors /site personnel/etc. ~ Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor from time to time. Job Requirements: ~ Possess at least a degree / diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. ~ Flexible and keen to learn. ~ Detailed oriented person. ~ Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft office and can arrange zoom meeting ~ Ability to work multi-tasking and self-discipline. ~ Good at communication both in Writing and Oral. ~ Able to keep track all dateline. ~ Preferably one year working experience in construction industry, or have knowledge in SQL payroll system or have knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance. ~ Preferably Sarawakian.
