Job description Key Responsibilities: • Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and set up systems, equipment, or machinery as required. • Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment or systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency. • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify issues in systems or equipment, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance logs. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations. Follow established procedures to minimize risks and hazards. • Customer Support: Provide on-site or remote support for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice on system performance. • Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, project team and managers to resolve technical challenges and improve system functionality. • Upgrades & Modifications: Assist with upgrading or modifying existing systems or equipment to meet new needs or improve performance. • Liaise with subcons, vendors, landlord and clients • Be responsible to perform all the electrical maintenance and notification works. • Be responsible to attend to all electrical cum instrumentation breakdown. • Follow any duties assigned by Top Management and HOD QA from time to time. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.) preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical role. • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of the equipment or systems being maintained or repaired (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, machinery, IT systems, etc.). • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members, clients, and managers. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure work is performed to high standards and according to specifications. • Certification: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) depending on the role or sector, would be an advantage.
