Accounts Executive 

Responsibilities: -Assist in managing the full set of accounts and financial reports, ensuring all accounting records are accurately maintained in the accounting system. -Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including collections, payments, and related tasks. -Handle bank-related matters such as reconciliations, deposit placements, and other necessary banking activities. -Assist in ensuring compliance with e-invoicing regulations. -Support inactive holding company accounts, including tax and administrative matters. -Ensure that accounting systems, practices, controls, and processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations. -Assist with timely submissions of financial reports, including audits, tax filings, statistical reports, transfer pricing compliance, and other required documentation. -Support company insurance matters and company secretarial duties, such as drafting directors’ resolutions. -Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and documentation. -Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or management as needed Requirements: -Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field. -Experience with accounting software is an added advantage. -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. -Independent, eager to learn, and capable of taking initiative. -Responsible, honest, self-motivated, and committed to the role. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. -Minimum of 1 year of work experience in finance or accounting. -Immediate availability is a plus.
