Location Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur Remuneration • Client Success Executive - below RM 5,000 • Client Success Manager - above RM 5,000 Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with Property Development clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth • Digital Marketing Strategy Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns tailored to client needs • Customer Experience & Retention Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns and implement strategies to enhance loyalty and repeat business • Strategic Communication Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Address client inquiries, troubleshoot digital marketing issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations Requirements • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field • 1-2 years (Executive) or 3+ years (Manager) agency experience managing Property Development clients • Excellent command of English and/or Mandarin with strong presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, campaign execution and performance metrics • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
