Job Description: - Provide administrative and operational support to smoothen the Operations processes, including process sales orders/ purchase requests/ delivery orders/ invoicing/ and related documents. - Coordinate with relevant departments when necessary to ensure order requirements are fulfilled efficiently. - Handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, data entry, filling, sorting and collating of information. - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: - At least 1 year of working experience in operations function in manufacturing / construction industry is required for this position. - Fresh Grad/ Entry levels are welcome to apply as training will be provided. - Minimum Diploma in any field. - Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. - Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - 5-day working week. - Working Location: Ulu Tiram Personal Qualities: - Positive working attitude and self-motivated team player. - Able to work under minimum supervision, independent and pro-active. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
