Job Duties:
- Run official errands, including dispatch of correspondence & documents and collection of
materials, correspondence, documents in regard to the Company.
- Bank in cheques and relevant payment remittance at authority offices
- Collecting/ delivering of letters or documents to designated area
- Assist company deliver of parcels, documents, materials and etc as required
- Maintain Dispatch log book accordingly
- Clean and wash the vehicles on a regular basis as to maintain them in a tidy condition and
maintain the vehicles in good running condition at all times.
- Assisting on reception area job function if required
- Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairing accordingly.
- Ensure safekeeping of the vehicle keys and of vehicle after work.
- Carry out simple maintenance tasks on vehicle and effect minor repairs in the event of
breakdown on the road.
- Undertake special assignments other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when
required by the Company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
