Civil Engineer, Project

Department: Project Reporting to: Manager Key Responsibilities: Project Management 1. Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion. 2. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Project Costing & Budgeting 1. Assist in preparing project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. 2. Monitor expenses and provide cost-control recommendations. 3. Ensure cost efficiency without compromising project quality. Supervision & Team Coordination 1. Supervise junior engineers and ensure they complete assigned tasks effectively. 2. Provide guidance and technical support to junior staff. 3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Reporting & Documentation 1. Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and cost analysis. 2. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. 3. Communicate key project insights to management and provide recommendations. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management and costing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent reporting and communication abilities. Working days & hours Mon to Fri : 8.45AM - 5.45Am Sat : 9.00AM - 1.00PM (week 1 & 3 ONLY) Salary is negotiable, depending on experience & skillls.
