Job Description Work closely with the marketing and digital marketing team to follow up on assigned leads and guide them toward successful customer conversions. Comfortable sharing data with key team members and making data-driven decisions. Develop skills to deeply understand customers, progress leads through various sales stages, and maintain discipline in updating key information within the company’s CRM system. Take an innovative and proactive approach to uncover new prospects, generate high-quality leads, and drive more customer wins. This is a SaaS solution, and the role requires a strong interest in customer businesses and industry challenges related to the solution, ensuring high engagement and usage. Serve as the chief relationship manager for customers, identify suitable candidates for references and testimonials, and assist in rolling out the NPS program. Job Requirements 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, pre-sales, consulting, customer success, or any role involving strong prospecting and customer acquisition. Bachelor’s degree in any field is encouraged but not mandatory—individuals with a strong attitude, relevant experience, and a proactive mindset are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and business analysis skills. Passion and interest in staying informed about a specific industry segment, as well as SME and startup businesses. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with other IT collaboration tools. A great "can-do" attitude, a passion for helping SME businesses in Malaysia, and a drive to succeed in the marketplace by acquiring new customers.
