We are looking for a young, presentable, and dynamic individual to join our team as an Accounts cum Admin Executive. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to assist in multiple business functions, including accounting, administration, and personal assistant duties. Responsibilities: - Assist the Director in PA-related tasks (schedule management, coordination, etc.) - Handle basic accounting tasks (data entry, invoicing, and bookkeeping) - Manage simple media presence (social media updates, event coordination) - Perform general administrative duties and office management - Assist in arranging meetings and follow-ups Requirements: - Young, presentable, and professional demeanour - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software is a plus - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Good communication skills in English and Mandarin - Ability to work independently and take initiative
