  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish.
  • Ensure all approvals and documentation are in place before beginning.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth execution.

Construction & Site Management:

  • Monitor site activities to ensure timely progress, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Conduct inspections for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder & Compliance Management:

  • Coordinate with government, consultants, and stakeholders for regulatory compliance.
  • Address risks and implement strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure effective communication among all parties.

Project Completion & Handover:

  • Oversee final inspections, defect corrections, and project closeout.
  • Ensure all documentation and approvals are in place for handover.
  • Provide final reports and ensure smooth transition to clients or departments.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • To oversee the entire project lifecycle—from planning and approvals to construction and completion.
  • Coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering quality projects on time.
  • Strong project management skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of property development.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm & Sat 9am - 1pm
