PERSONAL DRIVER

o Drive the employer, family members, Employer’s staff and guests safely to designated locations. o Ensure timely arrival at appointments, meetings, and events. o Regularly inspect and maintain the Alphard (fueling, oil checks, tire pressure, and cleanliness). o Schedule and coordinate servicing, repairs, and periodic maintenance. o Keep the vehicle clean (interior & exterior) at all times. o Plan the best routes to avoid traffic and ensure efficiency. o Stay updated on road conditions, alternative routes, and navigation apps like Waze/Google Maps. o Follow all road safety regulations and traffic laws. o Ensure the safety of the employer and passengers at all times. o Maintain confidentiality regarding employer’s movements, meetings, and personal information. o Run errands such as picking up/dropping off items, documents, foods or groceries. o Assist with luggage, shopping bags, and personal belongings when needed. o Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful attitude. o Be flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays if required. Working Hours & Compensation: • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm OR subject to employer’s schedule • Salary: Based on experience • Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, overtime pay (IF ANY)
