Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handling full set accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and cash flow (knowledge of handling manufacturing accounts and taxation will be an advantage);

• Knowledge of fixed assets accounting;

• Ensure timely month-end closing and preparation of management accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;

• Assist in reviewing and developing accounting policies and procedures and monitor compliance;

• Preparing and liaising with auditors for accounts auditing.

• Collaborate with the management team and undertake ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• Skill - Microsoft Excel / Accounting software, preferably ERP.

• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (MUST) - Both Speaking and Writing (Requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking colleagues from China).

• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure

• Possess good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.

• Exhibit due diligence in executing assigned tasks.

• Possess a positive outlook, disciplined and results-oriented;

• Possess own transportation and is willing to work in Iskandar Puteri.
